On July 22 of this year, representatives of the European Union Monitoring Mission in Georgia visited the ″Ilia Tsinamdashvili College″ in order to get acquainted with the history of the college, its main directions and to support the professional activities of internally displaced persons, during which a meeting was held with the director of the college, Temur Asatiani.
The meeting took place in a question-and-answer mode, and the director provided detailed information to the guests about the professional activities and support of the students of internally displaced persons enrolled in the college.
Within the framework of the meeting, the long-term and short-term professional educational programs in the college and the readiness of the labor market during the implementation of these programs were also discussed.
After the meeting, the guests visited the ″Historical Winery″ with the status of a real monument of national cultural heritage and the historical building of the ″First Vocational School″ in Georgia.
European Union Monitoring Mission (EUMM) is an unarmed civilian monitoring mission in Georgia, which was established on September 15, 2008. 214 observers invited from 25 EU member states are involved in the mission. The head office of the mission is located in Tbilisi, observers are mainly divided into regional offices located in 3 cities of Georgia: Gori, Mtskheta, Zugdidi.
